KENDALL IS ALLEGIS CYBER’S CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Kendall Cooper is the CFO of AllegisCyber. Prior to joining AllegisCyber, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at NLU Products, LLC dba BGZ brands, where he played a pivotal role in leading the trusted provider of mobile device protection solutions. Before BGZ brands, Kendall served as the Chief Financial Officer for Mayfield Fund and was earlier the Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer at Dominion Ventures. His extensive experience in the financial sector includes projects with Sequoia Capital, Cardinal Venture Capital, diligence work for Equitec Financial Group, and roles in Deloitte’s Emerging Business Services and Texaco Canada.
He has also been on the boards of several companies, including Knowlix Corporation, Occupational Health Development Corporation, Spontaneous Technology, Camstar Systems, Inc., and Intesource, Inc. Kendall holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
